1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at covyrd.com (the “Site”), operated by Wigington Net Inc, d/b/a COVYRD Insurance Brokerage (“Covyrd,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, requesting a quote, or submitting any information through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Description of Services

Covyrd operates as a licensed insurance brokerage and online marketplace that allows consumers to compare term life insurance quotes from 40+ participating insurance carriers and, where available, apply for coverage online. Covyrd does not underwrite insurance policies. All coverage is subject to the underwriting review, approval, and terms of the issuing carrier.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of a state in which Covyrd is licensed to operate to use this Site for the purpose of requesting insurance quotes or applying for coverage. Covyrd is currently licensed to sell insurance in: TN, FL, GA, NC, TX, VA, MD, KS, MI, OH, and SC.

4. No Guarantee of Coverage or Rate

Quotes displayed on the Site are estimates based on the information you provide and are not a guarantee of coverage, rate, or approval. Actual premiums, eligibility, and coverage terms are determined by the underwriting carrier and may differ from any estimate shown. Submitting an application does not guarantee that a policy will be issued.

5. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting quotes or applying for coverage. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of coverage, rescission of an issued policy, or other consequences determined by the issuing carrier, and is your sole responsibility, not Covyrd’s.

6. Licensing and Solicitation

This Site and the information on it are intended solely for use by residents of states where Covyrd is licensed to transact insurance business. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell, or the solicitation of an offer to buy, any insurance product in any jurisdiction where Covyrd is not licensed to do so. Covyrd’s National Producer Number is 20853319.

7. Communications Consent (SMS, Email, Phone)

By submitting your contact information through the Site, including by initiating a text message to our published number, you consent to receive communications from Covyrd — including quote information, appointment reminders, and account-related messages — by email, phone, or SMS, including messages that may be generated with the assistance of automated systems. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS communications is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. By interacting with our mobile digital search advertisements, initiating text correspondence with our line, or utilizing our local digital quote tracking system, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service.

  1. Scope of Services
    COVYRD Insurance Brokerage functions as a digital consumer marketplace routing high-velocity, no-medical-exam term life insurance solutions. All backend financial clearings, regulatory tracking, and corporate oversight are processed under our official parent entity records: WIGINGTON NET INC.
  2. SMS Text Messaging Opt-In and Consent Framework
    By clicking our mobile Google Search Ads Message Assets and manually sending our pre-populated opt-in keyword string (e.g., “YES, I want an instant term life insurance quote callback…”), you provide explicit Prior Express Written Consent to participate in our customer care text thread.
  1. Delivery Pacing & Scheduling Boundaries
    To respect consumer time constraints and maintain professional boundaries, our outbound transactional text messaging responses and live agent calls operate exclusively between the hours of 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM EST, Tuesday through Thursday. Inbound requests sent outside of this work frame will be queued automatically for our next open active shift.
  2. Absolute Revocation & “STOP” Compliance Rules
    You retain the absolute right to revoke text messaging privileges at any time. Sending the word STOP in reply to any outbound message from our brokerage will instantly terminate the conversation thread. Our client dashboard will immediately set your profile status to ‘Opted Out’, disable automated scripts, and send a single mandatory text confirmation verifying that your number has been successfully scrubbed from our active text loop.
  3. Product Disclaimers & Eligibility Constraints
    All life insurance quotes ran over our phone lines are subject to underwriting rules dictated by our independent insurance carriers. Our 90-second health filters screen for nicotine indicators, critical care history, prescription dependencies, and height/weight chart baselines. Submission of an ad request does not guarantee instant coverage binding.
  4. Modifications to Service
    We reserve the right to modify these operational terms, adjust our daily budgeting parameters, or update automated script routing blocks at any time to align with updated state and federal carrier compliance regulations.

8. Third-Party Carriers and Links

The Site may display information from, or link to, third-party insurance carriers and their websites. Covyrd does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party site. Your interactions with any carrier — including applying for or purchasing a policy — are governed by that carrier’s own terms and policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Covyrd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false information in connection with a quote or application; (c) attempt to interfere with the Site’s security or normal operation; or (d) use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our written permission.

11. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. COVYRD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT QUOTES DISPLAYED WILL MATCH FINAL UNDERWRITTEN RATES, THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR CARRIER WILL APPROVE YOUR APPLICATION.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COVYRD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH IT, INCLUDING DAMAGES RELATED TO A DENIED APPLICATION OR A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN ESTIMATED AND ACTUAL PREMIUM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Covyrd, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
